Start from Zavrate. To get to here, use the Govško brdo instructions and then just find the sign for Baba by the log cabin.
At first the path is quite wide and steep on couple of points. The forest here is very thick and offers shade in summer. The path is far from demanding and is very beautiful so you won’t even notice time pass.
When you get to the steeper part just under the top, you get the help of steel wires and wood fences. The top is clear of trees and offers a really nice vistas over Mrzlica, Gozdnik, Šmohor, Govško brdo, Kopitnik, Gore, Kum… There’s only room for about 10 people on top.
From Zavrate it takes about 30 minutes to get on top. You can prolong you hike and visit the neighbor Ostri vrh.
