Srebotnik is a hill on the border of Celje basin and is a part of the Celje hiking trail. If you want to make this a single hike you can drive to the starting point. From Celje go to Štore and then up to Svetina. Once in Svetina turn right towards Celjska koča. You will see a big parking space where you can leave your car. The sign will show the downhill path. Just follow the blazes. At first the path goes downhill at some points even quite steep. Once you descend to the point where a stream crosses the path you will start the uphill hike.Follow the macadam road untill the sign turns youleft into the forest. At some point here you can see the whole stone wall of Srebotnik. Last few meters are quite steep and just at the end you will receive the help of iron rope. The top is not really spaceous so not a lot of people can be there at once. You can see Celjska koča and Tovsti vrh. Return by the same path. It's a double pleasure, as you must walk uphill where you were descending at the start. The whole hike shouldn't last more than 50 minutes in one direction. You can get to Srebotnik from Celjska koča. To get there check this hike and then combine it with Srebotnik.
